Our new micro-appliance can be placed on any site and configured in a simple process and takes up far less space in your data room. Connecting from within the customer’s environment, using SSL, your access is always on to assist your team.
Once the micro-appliance is in place you can access and manage the customer site remotely without any firewall modifications or VPN clients by utilizing the built-in ConnectMe Feature. This takes pressure off your customer’s IT staff and allows you the visibility necessary to successfully manage the account.
(i)View has a tabbed interface for managing multiple customers and sites at the same time. Customizable dashboards and reports enhance your staff’s ability to know what’s happening at a location and also give your customers secure access to important data.
The original (i)View OTB still has a leg up on the Micro Appliance by being able to offer NetChecks, or pre-installation analyses of voice or data networks. The Micro also cannot monitor Quality of Experience (QoE).
CSM is offering the device for a flat cost of $495 which includes: on-site device, up to three managed resources, automated alarm notifications, reports and dashboards, and portal access for you and your customer.
